What information do you need from me to get started?

We will need your basic contact information, your logo (if you have one), and a few personalised details for your website that our Adviser will talk through when completing the application and your payment.

Can I pay monthly?

What happens if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee after you receive your website and will give you a full refund and cancel the contract if you are not completely satisfied.

How often do you pay the commissions?

We issue commission statements on the 15^th of each month and pay the commission on or near to the 20^th of each month.

How do you pay the commission?

By direct credit into your bank account.

Can you pay commission in a different currency?

No currently we only pay in GBP

How long is the contract?

It is an annual contract with automatic renewal unless you give notice to cancel before the renewal date.

What is the average commission on a holiday?

This is currently around 12.5% of the cost of the holiday.

How do you know the client has been referred by me so I will get paid?

We give you a website with a unique tracking code so we will automatically allocate the client to you, you also have a unique enquiry form and telephone number so that we log all inbound enquiries.

Do I need to have any business insurance for this programme?

No we cover all aspects of the business with our Insurance, CAA, ABTA and ATOL registration.

What will my Account Manager do to support me?

Your account manager will be available to ensure you make the most of the programme, the key role is to help you develop a marketing plan to fully utilise your existing resources. They will normally also be the person looking after your enquiries.

I’m not VAT registered do I still have to pay VAT on my contract costs?

Yes we are a VAT registered business so must charge VAT to everyone.

Can I have a more bespoke website built than the standard one so it completely matches my existing brand?

Yes we have the ability to do that but would ask you for the specification so that we can provide you with an estimate of costs.
