The following Terms and conditions will apply to:
- a) Your use of the Not Just Travel website as an affiliate
- b) Our supply of products and services
- c) Our dealings with you
Definitions
This Agreement: Shall mean the contents of this agreement in its entirety
Affiliate: means a party who takes part in the program, formally named Partner in Travel (PIT)
PIT – Partner in Travel
Not Just Travel: shall mean, Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd and notjusttravel.co.uk
Program: The affiliate program as set out in these Terms and Conditions
The Agreement

Not Just Travel (Agency) Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 5631549 whose registered office is at Unit 22 Basepoint, Aviation Park, West Hurn, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 6NX NJTA
Partners in Travel is a trading division of Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd. Not Just Travel (Agency), trading as notjusttravel.co.uk are a trading division of Hays Travel Limited. Registered address 25 Vine Place, Sunderland, SR1 3NA. Country Of registration: Great Britain. Registered Company Number: 1990682. ABTA no. K9413.
As a Partner in Travel (PIT) you are an affiliate of Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd, of which you are bound by these terms
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd reserve the right to change, part or all of these terms as it sees fit. Any Changes will be informed via email.
Acceptance is upon sign up and payment is made at the point of sign up.
Relationship
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd acts as an agent of suppliers of travel services. Upon purchase of the Partner in Travel affiliate scheme you are referring, via means of, but not limited to, advertising, for and on behalf of Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd, for the sale of travel services.
Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Affiliates will not make any statement, whether on their sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.
The Partner in Travel (PIT) cannot actively sell, or provide quotes in relations to holiday products or services directly to customers. The PIT is only free to refer people to the affiliate version of the notjusttravelco.uk website, or a Not Just Travel consultant
Purpose
The purpose of becoming a Partner in Travel is to reward you with commission based on holiday and travel sales. Sales will be generated from
Standard PIT Package:
Once accepted, Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd, will provide you with a landing page with your logo and wording or direct sales to Not Just Travel or one of its consultants.
Partner in Travel Plus
Once accepted, Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd, will provide you with a Landing page, with a direct link (URL) to an affiliated version of notjusttravel.co.uk website. This website, depending on your package will also display
1) your name
2) your logo
3) any branding or wording you provide
This process to be completed can take up to 14 days.
The sign up is renewable, with a minimum sign up period of 12 months. If after 12 months you wish to not continue with the program you are required to provide 14 (fourteen) days notice before the end of the term. This will allow removal of any affiliated relations between you and Not Just Travel and our systems to cease payment of renewal
The PIT has 14 days cooling off period of which they are entitled to a full refund. Refunds can ONLY be made via the same means that payment was taken. Once your request for a refund has been accepted, this will take up to 14 days to process. Refunds are not possible after 30 days.
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd provides a 30 day money back guarantee. This means after 30 days you wish to cancel your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. For this request, it must be made in writing

Payment Models
Once a holiday sale has been made, either via the affiliate version of the notjusttravel.co.uk website, or directly via Not Just Travel consultant, you will be awarded commission. Commission is subject to operators’ commercial terms of the sale of the travel product. Not all bookings made are subject to commission. Commission is subject to VAT. Commission is not paid on taxes or non-commissionable items, which will be listed within the operators invoice.
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd will provide you with a commission statement on 15th (fifteen) of every month, or the next working day. This statement will list all bookings made under your affiliate name, which have been processed by Not Just Travel consultant. Bookings listed are processed a month in arrears, and will show bookings made up to the end of the previous month.
For example, all booking processed up to the 31st January will appear on your statement for the month of February. This statement will not include any bookings made in February.
For the purposes of this clause, processed does not mean made. This means if the booking has been processed on to the system for suppliers to pay commission from.
If there are any queries regarding the booking or commission listed, these must be submitted to your travel consultant with 7 days of receiving the statement. Any submissions after this point will take longer to investigate.
Once you have received your commission statement, commission is paid on 20th (twenty) of every month, or the next working day.
Upon sign up of the program you will submit your payment and contact details. Failure to provide the correct payment details will result in delays in payments being made to you.
The affiliate program consists of 2 (two) payment models
Defaults model
If you are classed as a standard PIT (Default)
Commission is payable at 10% of total value of commission earned on sale of holidays.
Partner Plus
Commission is payable at 25% of total value of commission earned on sale of holidays.
Commission is only payable upon receipt of your sign up fee, and if you continue to be active within this period. If you terminate your agreement before commission is paid, you will not receive commission due, nor for past months.
Forward or future commission is based on estimated commission due to be received. The actual commission receivable will be displayed in the month payment is due.
Payment is made only to the Partner in Travel in the UK where you have reached a minimum balance of £25.00. Those who do not meet this criterion will not be eligible for payment until £25 has been reached
Customers and Privacy
Not Just Travel respects the privacy of their affiliates and their business. We will not directly advertise, promote to, in relation to the sale of holiday products and services, or in relation to any other services and associated brands of Not Just Travel, with the affiliates customer database or staff without prior express permission. All customers whom purchase or make enquires via the affiliate version of the notjusttravel.co.uk website (if you are a PIT plus) or to Not Just Travel consultant, will be the sole ownership of Not Just Travel. The customers and their bookings are bound by Not Just Travel terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of the supplier of products and services. The PIT is reminded under this clause they cannot actively sell, or provide quotes in relations to holiday products or services directly to customers. The PIT is only free to refer people to the affiliate version of the notjusttravelco.uk website, or a Not Just Travel consultant
Prices and availability of holiday products
Prices on the Not Just Travel Websites are subject to change. Not Just Travel are not responsible for price changes or availability of the holiday products or services displayed on the website.
Marketing Rules
Partner in Travel Plus package, Not Just Travel (Agency) Ltd grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use affiliated version of notjusttravel.co.uk website for which we grant express permission, solely for the purpose of identifying you as a Program participant and to assist in generating sales. We reserve all intellectual property rights.
The PIT is free to use any marketing materials that Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd provide. This is includes any special offers generated from Not Just Travel’s sourced suppliers. The PIT must not modify, or use any images provide within marketing materials, as they will not have exclusive license and rights to these. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd, do not transfer any license or rights.
The PIT is free to create their own marketing for the purpose of generating referrals to the notjusttravel.co.uk website. The offers are to be ‘real’ offers can be found available via the notjusttarvel.co.uk website and must follow all marketing rules and laws.
Upon any creation of any form of marketing, listed but not limited to, leaflets, flyers, adverts, must be submitted to the compliance team for approval to ensure these are compliant with the CAA, ABTA and other Travel Related Governing bodies. Failure to seek approval will be grounds for immediate termination of your account.
You cannot use the Not Just Travel Logo without express permission.
You can not copy and past any, but not limited to, images, logos, graphics, or wording, that are displayed on the Notjusttravel.co.uk website for marketing or any other use.
Requests can be made to the Not Just Travel marketing team for use of any images, logos or further assistance in marketing to help generate referrals to the notjusttravel.co.uk websites.
The PIT within this clause has understood, they can not advertise themselves as actively selling travel services.
The PIT is free to use social media or any other form of online marketing, including PPC marketing, as a form of lead generation. In doing so the PIT agrees not to knowingly compete on keywords which Not Just Travel use to promote Not Just Travel trading names and associated brands.
The PIT is free to create micro sites, or use the Notjusttravel.co.uk URL to link to third party sites, for the purpose of advertising and lead generation. In doing so you must inform Not Just Travel of the domain names you will be using to create any micro sites, landing pages. This is inclusive is you are using the Notjusttravel.co.uk on third party. You must seek approval from the compliance team to ensure you are compliant with the CAA and ABTA rules and guidelines.
All use of Not Just Travels logo and branding must comply with Not Just Travel’s Branding Guidelines.
Any use of images without express permission from the license is at your own risk. You must not use images provide by Not Just Travel other than the purpose it has been provided for, without express permission to do so. The PIT is free to purchase their own images from licensed image libraries. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd will not be held liable for any damages, fines, fees or other costs that arise if you are found to be using any images without permission.
It is the PIT responsibility to follow Copyright legislation.
Any sales generated from improper use of marketing will not be rewarded with commission and result in termination of your program without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and Partner In Travel program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Partner in Travel under to this Agreement.
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Partner in Travel Affiliate Program or a PIT potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Not Just Travel will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
In no circumstances shall we be liable for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of anticipated savings arising out of the failure or delay in performing the services under these terms of business or otherwise in connection with these terms of business; or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (howsoever arising).
Nothing in these terms of business shall limit or exclude the liability of Not Just Travel (Agency) for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or from any other liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such party.
NON-ASSIGNABILITY
Neither the rights nor the obligations arising under this Agreement are assignable or transferable by you, and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect. We may assign this Agreement to any successor or third party contractor.
Termination
The PIT is free to terminate the agreement at any time
Notice period for termination is 30 day. This allows time for all parties to remove any branding, logos wording and images from all associated websites for the purpose of this program.
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd is free to terminate the program at any time subject to 30 Day notice.
Upon Termination the PIT must cease to use Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd services immediately.
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd will remove any of the PIT’s, not limiting to, Logo and branding from the affiliate version of the notjustravel.co.uk website.
Not Just Travel may terminate this agreement with immediate effect if the PIT commits a material breach of any terms of this agreement.
If the PIT or any employees, associates of the PIT brings Not Just Travel brand in to disrepute, Not Just Travel reserve the right to terminate this agreement and take further action it sees fit against the partner.
Upon termination Not Just Travel reserves the right to withhold commission payable.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by, and is construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from this Agreement. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd shall not be liable for the legality of our services in countries other than the United Kingdom. PIT is solely responsible for the legality of the use of the service if the PIT in question is registered with Not Just Travel as a PIT and trading from a country other than the United Kingdom.
